At Hostinger, every employee is assigned to read this great book by Tony Hsieh. I am guilty of not reading this book fully during my training days but I have finally finished reading it as my bedtime book.

"Delivering Happiness" is a business and memoir book by Tony Hsieh, the CEO of Zappos, an online shoe retailer that was later acquired by Amazon. In the book, Hsieh tells the story of his life, his entrepreneurial journey, and his experiences with building and leading Zappos.

Hsieh begins by sharing his early life and how he developed an interest in entrepreneurship. He then moves on to discuss his time at Harvard and the various startups he founded and invested in. He also shares the story of how he joined Zappos as an investor and eventually became the CEO.

The main focus of the book is on Hsieh's leadership philosophy, which is centered on the idea that happy employees lead to happy customers, which in turn leads to a successful business. He emphasizes the importance of creating a strong company culture and investing in the happiness of employees. Hsieh also discusses the unique company culture at Zappos, which emphasizes customer service, open communication, and a fun and quirky work environment.

Throughout the book, Hsieh also discusses the challenges and setbacks he faced while building Zappos, including the company's struggles with profitability and the difficult decision to sell the company to Amazon. He also shares his experiences with personal growth and the importance of finding purpose and meaning in life.

Overall, "Delivering Happiness" is an inspiring and insightful book that offers a unique perspective on building a successful business. It emphasizes the importance of creating a positive and meaningful work culture and provides valuable lessons for anyone interested in entrepreneurship or leadership.
